MSRA is the organization that represents all soccer referees in the MSC organization and many others in Middle Tennessee. It is an independent contractor organization that lends it’s services to not only the Select program in Murfreesboro and surrounding areas, but also the entire MSC recreational program. The Assignors of MSRA are responsible for providing qualified referees for all Select and Recreational games, of all age groups, from U7 - Adult. Our organization strives for professionalism in all that we do.
